Gary has held executive, management, and direct service positions with the Coeur d'Alene Indian Tribe, Indian Health Service, Johns Hopkins Hospital and Baltimore City Public School system. Further accomplishments include receiving a Master's in Business Administration from City University-Seattle, WA; a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas. He has received numerous awards and recognition from Tribal, Federal and non-profit organizations and has served on several community Boards.
